- are interested in becoming involved with Connection in Action and the Older Adult Isolation Action Table as a community group, service provider, or business;
- are interested in learning more about our initiative and would like us to present on Connection in Action to your staff or community;
- would like to provide your feedback and insights on older adult social connectedness by filling out a survey or participating in a focus group;
